What’s For Dinner (WFD) was developed to help everyday families to make stress free decisions around eat healthy meals. It was originally created to remove the stress and time consuming planning process of deciding what “what’s for dinner” every week then having to write out the shopping list and keep a record of what you decided. Alternatively you turn up at the supermarket and fill the trolley with random products….only to throw most of it in the bin when you don’t use it.
WFD has been found to not only save you time in planning meals but also save around 20% on your food bills and at least halve your food waste. It will also mean that you only have the fresh produce you require in the fridge leading to fresher products. Not only that it should also lead to a greater repertoire of recipes in your meal planning.
